Artistic exploration:
Doodle what is arising in your “am-ness” (there are lots of other terms by which people describe this thing-that’s-not-a-thing, which is the constant aspect of us… our “what-ness”). Perhaps your doodles will be flowy like mine were. Perhaps sounds get one type of mark or doodle, sensations another, thoughts another. Don’t overthink it… let it happen. Also, though I wrote out what I was thinking, I recommend that you don’t. 🙂
Call it am-ness, awareness, soul, spirit, source… The “what-ness” of us is this “am-ness,” this vibrant being-ness… this “magik.” This is the “invincible summer.” Call it what you will. It cannot be drawn… so I often make a ridiculous drawing (like an anchor with a diamond on it)… This time I used a sun.<3 these quotesMagik is constantThis is the artistic exploration… Doodle what is arising in your experience… Noises, sensations, emotions, thoughts… I wrote down what was happening for me when I doodled… But I recommend you do not. This was some fun I had to show how the “who-ness” of us (the changing part) obscures / covers up the “what-ness.”
