How to Brush Your Chihuahua’s Teeth (Great for Pomeranians and other small dogs as well)

WARNINGS: Make sure you never use human toothpaste. Xylitol is poisonous –that is DEADLY — to dogs. When you buy the interdentals DO NOT get the ones with fluoride. If you are using peanut butter as a treat make sure to check the ingredients. When using Greenie Treats as a reward (or any other reward) watch out for choking hazards. Test the end of the interdental to make sure it isn’t “pokey” or sharp (this end is not something you will purposely touch your dog with, but just in case… make sure the tip is soft and not dangerous).
