    How do you want to change? What do you want to be just a little bit different?
  2. Watch yourself doing the opposite; For example “Contentious Ken” versus the “caring & curious” intention
  3. Simply be aware (for 1 week) — How many times does this happen?
    (Remember: No judgement!)

Questions to help you be more aware of yourself:
How does your mind talk to you? How does your body feel when your mind talks this way? How do you, in your mind, talk about other people?
